The Faroli wall mounted furnace has a certain power, so it also has a standard water output. For example, a 24 kw Faroli wall mounted stove produces 30 ℃ sanitary hot water, which is approximately 11.5 liters per minute. If the water flow rate you use is greater than this standard flow rate, the temperature of the sanitary hot water will become lower, whereas if the water flow rate is less than this standard flow rate, the temperature of the sanitary hot water will be higher than the set temperature. Users should set the appropriate temperature based on the power of the Faroli wall mounted furnace.

The normal air pressure requirement for the Faroli wall mounted furnace is 20 mbar, with a fluctuation range of 15 mbar to 25 mbar. If the specified range is exceeded, the Faroli wall mounted furnace will not work properly. Reasons for unstable air pressure: ① The designed total flow and pressure are too small; ② Obstruction of the trachea; ③ The solenoid valves of the gas meter are not fully opened. When the pressure and flow rate decrease, the power of the gas fired Faroli wall mounted boiler decreases, while the flow rate of the sanitary hot water in use does not decrease, so the water will suddenly become cold. Simple inspection method: Adjust the hot water temperature to the highest gear, turn on the hot water tap, and calculate the reading in the gas meter. The normal reading should be 0.045m3/min. If it is lower than 0.034m3/min, the water temperature will fluctuate.

When the pressure of cold water fluctuates greatly due to instability, the water flow rate will change. If the water pressure is too low, the hot water system of the Ferrari wall mounted boiler will overheat. At this time, the overheat protection function of the Ferrari wall mounted boiler will automatically start, and the Ferrari wall mounted boiler will stop working. When the outlet water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the Ferrari wall mounted boiler will restart. This will result in frequent start-up of the Faroli wall mounted furnace, resulting in intermittent hot and cold water temperatures.
The general solution is to install a pressure stabilizing valve in the water inlet pipe of the Faroli wall mounted furnace to stabilize the water pressure.
