Don't forget to do these things for the injection molding machine before the holiday!

1. Please do a good job of mold opening, barrel cleaning, mold care, and lubrication for the last time before shutdown, especially for the moving plate. If the machine is shut down for more than 10 days, it is better to remove the mold to reduce the load on the moving plate.
2. The hydraulic oil shall be replaced every year, and the hydraulic oil tank shall be thoroughly cleaned during replacement. The new hydraulic oil to be replaced must be brand 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
3. The injection molding machine for producing thermosensitive plastics should be cleaned completely and then cleaned again with PP material.
4. For the production of white or transparent injection molding machines, it is necessary to clean the production materials in the material barrel, and then use PP material to clean, and set the insulation to 100 degrees. Only after the actual temperature reaches 100 degrees, can the electric heating or the main power supply be turned off.
5. When the machine is shut down, the locking mode cannot be under high pressure. The cooling water path of the mold shall be cleaned with a powerful air gun and the dust in the electric box shall be cleaned. After the main power supply of the machine is turned off, the filter screen at the air inlet shall be removed, and the dust shall be cleaned from top to bottom with a vacuum cleaner.
6. For cleaning under the frame of the injection molding machine, clean from the direction of the injection table to the direction of the mold locking or the direction of the computer operation surface to avoid damaging the cooler water pipe.
7. For the cleaning of the sheet metal surface of the injection molding machine, do not use corrosive liquid to clean to avoid damaging the sheet metal paint.
8. After the injection molding machine is shut down, please place rat poison in the corner of the injection molding machine room and at the inlet to prevent the mouse from damaging the injection molding machine line
9. After the machine is shut down, the gas is shut down, and the power is turned off, and the re-inspection is confirmed, all water pipes should be drained as far as possible to avoid freezing and bursting in cold weather.
