Product structure, performance, and use description (product introduction)
1. Electric heating alloy: According to the content and organizational structure of its chemical elements, it can be divided into two categories: the larger one is the iron-chromium-aluminum alloy series, and the smaller one is the nickel-chromium alloy series. They have many advantages as electric heating materials and are widely used. The electric vehicle battery heater uses the heat energy generated by the auxiliary heater to heat the battery pack, which will not consume the battery power, so it will not affect the power and cruising range of the electric vehicle. At the same time, it can also ensure the heat required by the air-conditioning system. The vehicle controller distributes heat by controlling the opening of each electric control valve, and the control method is simple. The process control during the use of the insulation cover and its influence on the finishing rolling process are analyzed. By statistically analyzing, classifying and arranging the on-site measured data of the hot rolling production line, the main reasons for the temperature drop of the strip on the intermediate roller are analyzed. The oil drum heating belt adopts the soft and bendable characteristics of the silicone heating plate. Metal buckles are riveted on the reserved holes on both sides of the heating plate, and are buckled on the barrel, pipe, and tank with springs. Easy and quick installation. The silicone rubber heating plate can be made to adhere to the heated part by the tension of the spring, heating quickly and with high thermal efficiency.
Main uses: industrial heating equipment and civil heating appliances such as metallurgical machinery, medical, chemical, ceramic, electronic, electrical appliances, glass, etc.
Figure 2. Main advantages and disadvantages of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy series: The use temperature of iron-chromium-aluminum electric heating alloy is high, and the highest use temperature can reach 1400 degrees (0cr21a16nb, 0cr27a17mo2, etc.), long service life, high surface load, good oxidation resistance, high resistivity, low price, etc.
3. Main advantages and disadvantages of nickel-chromium electric heating alloy series: Advantages: High temperature strength is higher than iron-chromium-aluminum, not easy to deform under high temperature use, structure is not easy to change, good plasticity, easy to repair, high emissivity, non-magnetic, strong corrosion resistance, and long service life. Disadvantages: Because it is made of rare nickel metal materials, the price of this series of products is several times higher than that of iron-chromium-aluminum, and the use temperature is lower than that of iron-chromium-aluminum.
2. During the use and management process, the following items should be noted (User Safety Instructions)
1. The highest use temperature of the component refers to the surface temperature of the component itself in dry air, not the temperature of the furnace or the heated object.
2. The maximum use temperature of the component is also closely related to the diameter of the component. Generally speaking, the maximum use temperature of the component shall not be less than 3mm, and the thickness of the flat belt shall not be less than 2mm.
3. The corrosive atmosphere in the furnace is also closely related to the highest use temperature of the component. The presence of corrosive atmosphere often affects the use temperature and service life of the component.
Figure 4. Fe-cr-al and ni-al series electric heating alloys differ in chemical composition, use temperature, oxidation resistance and resistivity, which determine the use temperature and service life of fe-cr-al electric heating alloys. In fe-cr-al electric heating alloys, the component that determines the resistivity is aluminum; in ni-cr electric heating alloys, the component that determines the resistivity is nickel. At high temperatures, the oxide film formed on the surface of the alloy element is also destroyed by aging. The elements in its components are constantly consumed. Such as l, ni, etc., thus shortening the service life. Therefore, when selecting the wire diameter, a large-sized wire or a slightly thick flat belt should be selected.
5. Due to the low high-temperature strength of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, parts are easily deformed at high temperatures. If the wire diameter is not selected properly or installed properly, the component will collapse and short-circuit due to high-temperature deformation. Therefore, these factors must be considered when designing components.
