Electric heating tube burns out fuse
Cause of occurrence:
1. The diameter of the fuse is too small and the capacity is insufficient.
2. There is a short circuit between the power cord plug and the electric socket.
3. The detachment of the lead or lead of the electric heating tube causes a short circuit.
4. The electric heating tube is burnt out, causing a short circuit.
5. The accumulation of dirt or carbonization in the electric socket causes a short circuit.
Handling method:
1. Replace the appropriate fuse.
2. Repair or replace the power plug or electric socket.
3. Reconnect firmly.
4. Repair or replace.
5. Remove dirt, repair or replace parts.
3、 The electric heating tube does not generate heat
Cause of occurrence:
1. The electric heating tube has been burned out.
2. The fuse has blown.
3. Abnormal power supply or power outage.
4. The electric heating tube leads or leads have fallen off.
5. Poor contact or melting detachment of the temperature controller contact.
6. Poor contact between the power cord plug and the electric socket, or open circuit in the power cord wire.
Handling method:
1. Replace and install electric heating pipes of the same specification.
2. Replace and install fuses of the same model.
3. Use after the power supply is normal.
4. Re solder the lead or wire firmly.
5. It is recommended to replace it if such incidents occur during repair.
6. Check the wiring for repair or replacement.
4、 Electric heating control thermostat malfunction
Cause of occurrence:
1. Thermal bimetallic sheet deformation.
2. The fastening screws of the dynamic and static contact pads are loose.
3. The moving and stationary contacts are stuck and cannot be opened or closed.
4. Fatigue, loss of elasticity, and poor contact of dynamic and static contacts.
5. The porcelain contact rod of the temperature controller is stuck by a foreign object.
Handling method:
1. Adjust the deformation amount to restore its original state and elasticity.
2. Retighten.
3. Grind the contacts and replace with new ones if there is no effect.
4. Adjust the angle of the contacts to restore elasticity.
5. Remove foreign objects and move up and down flexibly by pressing with your hand.
