Energy conversion and protection system of air duct electric heater

Energy conversion and protection system of air duct electric heater

The air duct heater mainly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, and then heats the goods. The internal device of the air duct electric heater is easy to operate. After being powered on, it can quickly heat up and save a lot of energy. When thermal energy is output, the control system of the air duct electric heater will automatically adjust based on the signal sent by the temperature sensor, and the temperature at the output port will also present a uniform output form. Air duct electric heater is a form of electrical energy utilization that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat objects.

The air duct electric heater is also equipped with an automatic protection system. When the temperature exceeds a higher temperature, the protection system will automatically cut off the power supply to avoid damage to the heating items and protect the integrity of the heating items. This automatic protection device also ensures the long-term normal use of the air duct electric heater. Compared with conventional fuel heating, electric heating can achieve higher temperatures (such as arc heating, which can reach temperatures above 3000 ℃), making it easy to achieve automatic and remote temperature control. This utility model can maintain a certain temperature distribution of the heated object as needed.

Electric heating can directly generate heat inside the heated object, with high thermal efficiency and fast heating speed. According to the heating process requirements, it is possible to achieve overall uniform heating or local heating (including surface heating), making it easy to achieve vacuum heating and controllable atmosphere heating. During the electric heating process, there is less exhaust gas, waste residue, and dust generated, which can keep the heated object clean and not pollute the environment. Therefore, electric heating has been widely applied in fields such as production, scientific research, and experimentation.

Electric heating is used for manufacturing single crystals and transistors, mechanical parts and surface quenching, melting iron alloys, and manufacturing artificial graphite. According to the different methods of electrical energy conversion, electric heating is usually divided into resistance heating, induction heating, arc heating, electron beam heating, infrared heating, and medium heating. When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power to avoid coking, deterioration, and carbonization caused by overheating of the heating material. In severe cases, it can burn out the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the air duct electric heater.
