I. High-Temperature Environment Operation and Safety Protection Equipment Thickened heat-insulating gloves (350℃ resistant): Prevents burns from direct contact with high-temperature nozzles, meeting operational protection requirements at 320℃. Infrared thermal imager: Real-time scanning of nozzle surface temperature distribution, quickly locating leak points and localized overheating areas. High-temperature insulating voltage tester: Detects residual voltage after power failure in the hot runner heating circuit, avoiding the risk of electric shock during live operation. II. High-Temperature Sealing Test Equipment Dry compressed air source (moisture content ≤0.01%): Provides a moisture-free test medium, preventing misinterpretation of pressure holding data due to moisture expansion upon heating. High-precision digital pressure gauge (accuracy 0.001MPa): Accurately monitors pressure drop during the 0.5MPa pressure holding process, ensuring a detection accuracy of ≤0.01MPa pressure drop over 30 minutes. High-Temperature Resistant Sealing Tooling Joint: Adapts to hot runner nozzle interface, leak-free at 320℃, ensuring sealing during pressure testing. III. Thermal Shock Stability Testing Equipment High-Definition Industrial Endoscope (High-Temperature Resistant Lens): Inserted into the runner after thermal cycling and cooling, scanning the inner wall of the ceramic liner throughout the process to detect dark lines, cracks, and misalignment defects. Digital Display Temperature Controller Recorder: Records temperature change curves in real time during three thermal shock cycles, accurately controlling the cooling rate and preventing liner breakage due to sudden cooling. IV. Operating Condition Matching Verification Equipment Calibrated Husky K-type coupler probe + high-precision temperature controller: Simultaneously verifies the measured temperature of the liner area, confirming a deviation of ≤±0.3℃ from the displayed value, and identifying potential local overheating hazards. Dial Indicator Support + High-Precision Micrometer: Re-measures key nozzle dimensions after thermal cycling to verify no axial displacement or deformation of the liner. V. Finishing and Resetting Tools Dust-free cloth + anhydrous ethanol: Clean residual oil and impurities from the nozzle mating surfaces to prevent foreign objects from entering the mating gaps. Fluorine passivation paste application tool: Apply passivation paste evenly to the nozzle mating surfaces, and use with the perfluoroether rubber sealing ring to block the penetration path of fluorine decomposition products.
