1. Steel manufacturing method-steel should be manufactured by electric furnace, oxygen converter or open hearth method. 2. The allowable deviation of outer diameter and wall thickness should meet the requirements of Table 1. When the buyer requires high-level precision to be supplied, it should be specified in the contract.
