Inspection and preparation before operation of electric heater:

Check if the main switch, voltage conversion switch, temperature control instrument, and over temperature alarm instrument of the electric heater control cabinet in the distribution room are normal; When the electric heater is first put into operation, professional technical personnel should be present, and the instrument should be calibrated once a year. If the instrument error exceeds the range, it is usually caused by humidity, dust, or corrosive gases. Cleaning and drying the interior of the instrument can usually solve the problem. Try not to modify SC parameters to correct instrument errors. The AI series instrument is an advanced maintenance free instrument that does not provide users with the ability to recalibrate the instrument. Adopting automatic zero adjustment technology, it can be used for a long time without zero drift. Digital calibration technology eliminates the adjustable resistance of stability errors, so the instrument itself does not produce errors due to increased usage time. Generally, errors may be caused by humidity and corrosion, and accuracy should be restored through drying and cleaning rather than recalibration. If drying and cleaning cannot restore accuracy, the secondary instrument should be returned to the manufacturer for maintenance as a faulty instrument. Check that there is no medium flowing inside the electric heater during use to prevent it from burning out; Check the thermal oil level gauge of the electric heater in the station and keep a record; Check if the explosion-proof junction box of the electric heater is reliably grounded. Check if the instrument parameters in the electric heater control cabinet are set according to the process parameters. Operation steps: Turn on the main power switch of the electric heater control cabinet in the distribution room, close the circuit breaker QF of the electric heater, power on the system, and make it in an operable state; When the control circuit is powered on, the temperature controller begins to display the temperature, and the main control table sets the control temperature for the electric heater. The alarm table sets the internal overheating alarm temperature of the electric heater.
