Explosion-proof electric heaters convert electricity into heat energy in explosion-proof places

Product Overview
An explosion-proof electric heater is a device used in explosion-proof occasions to convert electricity into thermal energy. It is used to heat, insulate, and heat flowing or stationary liquid, gaseous, and solid media.

Working Principle
A fluid explosion-proof electric heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port through a pipeline under pressure, and along the specific heat exchange flow channel inside the electric heating container, the path designed using the principles of fluid thermodynamics is used to take away the high-temperature heat energy generated by the electric heating element during operation, so that the temperature of the heated medium is increased, and the high-temperature medium required by the process is obtained at the outlet of the electric heater. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater according to the temperature sensor signal at the output port to make the medium temperature at the output port uniform; when the heating element is overheated, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to avoid coking, deterioration, and carbonization caused by overheating of the heated material, which may cause the heating element to burn out in severe cases, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.

Application Scope
Typical applications of fluid explosion-proof electric heaters are:

1. Heating of chemical materials in the chemical industry, drying of some powders under a certain pressure, chemical processes and spray drying.

2. Heating of hydrocarbons, including crude oil, heavy oil, fuel oil, heat transfer oil, lubricating oil, paraffin, etc.

3. Heating of fluids that need to be heated, such as process water, superheated steam, molten salt, nitrogen (air), water gas, etc.

4. Due to the use of * explosion-proof structure, the equipment can be widely used in chemical, military, petroleum, natural gas, offshore platforms, ships, mining areas and other explosion-proof places.
