Fault Analysis and Handling of PLC Control Cabinet in High Temperature Annealing Furnace

PLC control cabinet is a necessary equipment for controlling the normal operation and process parameters of high-temperature annealing furnace. Due to the heating of electrical appliances during operation, the electrical control room needs to turn on the air conditioning to cool the PLC control cabinet. If the upper computer loses contact, the PLC control cabinet can also directly input process parameters for setting.
(1) When the instantaneous current is too high, the heater trips, which will cause the furnace heater to trip. After tripping, the gate must be completely closed before being re closed. If left unopened for a long time, the furnace temperature will decrease, and the material temperature will not rise after the furnace temperature drops, affecting the heating time.
(2) Fault of circulating fan frequency converter: Due to the inability to dissipate heat, the temperature of the circulating fan frequency converter is too high, and a high temperature fault alarm will appear. At this time, the door of the circulating fan cabinet should be opened for about 10 minutes to dissipate heat, and then the circulating fan frequency converter should be reset. The failure of the circulating fan frequency converter will lead to unstable pressure in the high-temperature annealing furnace in this area, and cause the heater in this area to pause, resulting in a decrease in furnace temperature.
(3) The thyristor cooling fan did not start in time: each heater has its own cooling fan. If the fan falls into foreign objects, it will hinder the operation of the fan. At this point, the gate of the heater must be opened first to clean foreign objects. If the cooling fan gets stuck for a long time, it will affect the service life of the cooling fan.
(4) Material temperature measurement fault: This alarm will appear when the thermocouple control is turned on without installing a thermocouple for temperature measurement.
(5) XXX non automatic mode: When the actual furnace temperature exceeds the temperature, the frequency of the circulating fan can be manually lowered to 50. The side cooling fan can also be manually turned on, with a frequency not exceeding 40. When it is necessary to cool down with the furnace after annealing, the blower can also be manually turned on, so that the furnace temperature drops faster.
(6) Emergency stop: When there is a thunderstorm, the control circuit of the high-temperature annealing furnace may be struck by lightning. At this time, if there is no furnace loading task, press the PLC control cabinet to open and protect the annealing furnace; After the thunderstorm, press the on/off button to restart the PLC control cabinet.
