They maintain close contact with the heated object, allowing heat to be transferred to the desired location, improving heat transfer during processing.

Currently, there are two circuit layouts available. One is the etched circuit method, which allows for a maximum width of 360mm and no length restrictions. The heating element is a sheet-type heating element structure, which provides a more uniform heat field than wire-type heating elements, with faster heat-up and response times. Compared to wire-type heating elements, it also has a lower power load and a longer service life. The other is the round-wire heating element arrangement method. This is widely used in the industrial, medical, laboratory, food, and aviation sectors.

4. For heating elements: The nickel alloy heating wire is wrapped around the glass fiber wire, the heating power can reach 2.1W/cm2, and the heating is more uniform.
