Machine:
1. Staying in the barrel for too long.
2. The melted material is trapped in the blow molded barrel or nozzle flow path.
There are foreign matters in the blow molding gun barrel.
4. The electric heating coil is loose or weak or unstable, resulting in material degradation.
5. Incomplete nozzle clogged the nozzle.
6. Improper blow molding conditions.
7. The blow molding gun barrel has cracks or screw recesses.
The rubber injection parts of the beer machine are short of oil.
Mold:
The mold inlet is not installed correctly.
2. Incorrect exhaust gas causes burning of materials
3. Dirt caused by grease or lubricant
The mold size is too small for the machine tonnage.
Material: The raw material is contaminated.
Brewery: Inconsistent processing cycles.
2. Bubbles (surface bubbles)
During the blow molding process, trapped gases that can escape from the future when the surface of the part is formed cause defects on the surface of the blow molded part.
Machine:
1. The blow molding screw rotates too fast.
The screw back pressure is too low.
3. The glue injection speed is too fast
4. The injection molding cycle time is too short.
Mold:
The mold temperature is too low.
2. Incorrect water inlet position.
3. Insufficient exhaust or blockage at the exhaust.
Material Science:
1. The nozzle material (re polishing material) is too rough.
2. Volatile materials are used.
3. Insufficient drying material and wet blow molding material.
