Function and application of cast aluminum electric heater

Cast aluminum heater is an electric heater that uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating element and high-quality aluminum alloy materials as the shell, which is formed by die casting. Its operating temperature is generally between 150-450 degrees Celsius and can be widely used in plastic machinery, mold heads, cable machinery, chemical, rubber, petroleum and other equipment. The characteristics of cast aluminum heaters include long lifespan, good insulation function, strong mechanical function, corrosion resistance, and anti magnetic field. The explosion-proof sign of the explosion-proof heater is Exd Ⅱ BT4 ExD Ⅱ BT6 Exde Ⅱ CT6, etc

Functional use: The cast aluminum electric heater is an efficient and evenly distributed heater with excellent thermal conductivity made of metal alloy, ensuring uniform hot surface temperature and eliminating hot and cold spots in the equipment. It has advantages such as long lifespan, good insulation function, strong mechanical function, corrosion resistance, and anti magnetic field. Adding insulation devices to the external heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared radiation on the internal heat dissipation surface can save 35% of electricity consumption.

Instructions for use: 1) The working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value; 2) The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the outer shell should be grounded effectively; 3) The aluminum casting heater should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1M Ω due to prolonged storage, it can be baked in an oven at around 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to restore normal operation.

It has been widely applied in many scientific research and production laboratories such as aerospace, weapons industry, chemical industry, and higher education institutions. Especially suitable for active temperature control, high flow and high temperature combined systems, and accessory experiments.
