They can be widely used in plastic machinery, molds, cable machinery, chemical, rubber, petroleum and other equipment.
After practice, it can be concluded that the operating temperature of the cast copper electric heater can reach between 150 and 600 degrees. In addition to a wide temperature range, the cast copper electric heater also has advantages such as long service life, good insulation performance, strong mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance.
Due to the fact that the cast copper electric heater is an efficient and evenly distributed heater, the thermal conductivity of the metal alloy ensures uniform hot surface temperature and eliminates hot and cold spots in the equipment. And it also adds insulation devices to the external heat dissipation surface, while the internal heat dissipation surface is sintered with infrared radiation, making the energy-saving effect more obvious.
When using cast copper electric heaters, it is required that the working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive or corrosive gases; The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded, while avoiding contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture.
The entire cast copper electric heating device should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1M Ω due to long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven at around 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to restore normal operation. Or reduce the voltage and heat it up until the insulation resistance is restored.
In addition, when using cast copper electric heaters, positioning and fixing should be done well, so that the effective heating area must be closely attached to the heating body, and empty burning is strictly prohibited; Once dust or pollutants are found on its surface, they should be promptly cleaned and reused to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening its service life.
