1. An injection molding machine with a high temperature can cause mechanical deformation due to heating, and its moving parts may become stuck due to the reduced gap between them, resulting in poor work quality.
2. Excessive temperature in the injection molding machine can lead to a decrease in oil viscosity, leading to leakage. Because the viscosity of the oil decreases, the lubrication effect deteriorates, and its frictional resistance increases, leading to increased friction.
3. The high temperature of the injection molding machine can cause deformation of the rubber seal. After deformation, it will accelerate aging, reduce the sealing characteristics and service life, and cause medium leakage.
4. Excessive temperature in the injection molding machine can accelerate the phenomenon of oil oxidation and deterioration. This precipitate can cause blockage of small holes and valves, resulting in the valve being stuck and unable to function properly.
