Heating conditions of silicone rubber heater

Silicone rubber heater is a special heater with the characteristics of fast heating, high thermal efficiency and long service life. Its heating conditions mainly include the following aspects:
Voltage: The input voltage of the silicone rubber heater should meet its rated voltage requirements. Too high or too low voltage will affect its heating effect and life.
Current: The input current of the silicone rubber heater should not exceed its rated current, otherwise it will cause overheating or even damage.
Temperature: The surface temperature of the silicone rubber heater should be adjusted according to its use environment and requirements, and generally should not exceed 250℃.
Insulation: The insulation performance of the silicone rubber heater should be good to prevent safety problems such as leakage and short circuit.
Installation: The silicone rubber heater should be installed in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment, and ensure good contact between it and the heated object.
Time: The heating time of the silicone rubber heater should be adjusted according to its power and the size of the heated object, and should not be too long or too short.
In short, when using the silicone rubber heater, it should be operated strictly in accordance with its instruction manual to ensure its safe and effective operation.
