How infrared lamps are used for drying:
Leave a message
The infrared radiation energy passes through and is absorbed by the material to be dried. In the process, almost no heat is lost to the surrounding air. The advantage is that the entire material is heated, not just the surface. The drying process is so efficient that the evaporation area is multiplied several times.
This infrared light source can also be used for food processing, pasteurization and drying, as well as food insulation.
