How long does the second inspection of ceramic lining take?

I. Preparation Time (1 hour) Heating the hot runner from room temperature to its rated operating temperature of 320℃ at a safe rate of 50℃/h takes approximately 1 hour. After heating, maintain the temperature for 2 hours to ensure uniform nozzle temperature and full thermal expansion. This is a necessary pre-inspection waiting period. II. Core Inspection Time (1.5~2 hours) High-temperature pressure holding test with 0.5MPa compressed air, holding for 30 minutes, including connecting upstream and downstream pipelines and pressure verification, takes approximately 40 minutes. Three thermal shock cycles from 300℃ to room temperature, each with natural cooling taking approximately 20 minutes. Three cycles plus endoscopic re-inspection after each cycle take approximately 1~1.5 hours. Simultaneous verification of Husky K-type coupler probe temperature data and troubleshooting of local overheating points take approximately 10 minutes. III. Final Reset Time (0.5 hours) After the test is completed, the test fixture is cleaned, fluorine passivation paste is applied, perfluoroether rubber sealing rings are installed, and the nozzle is reset. The total time is about 30 minutes.
