How many types of industrial ovens are there

The industrial oven utilizes a large air volume circulation, and each part can be adjusted to control the air volume. The temperature in the oven is very uniform and consistent, without temperature blindness. The baking product has no color difference, and the curing ensures product quality.
The furnace temperature control system adopts a multi intelligent program temperature controller, with solid-state relay contactless transmission, and automatically completes the temperature curve. The oven is equipped with a printer, temperature recorder, or computer centralized control system, and the curing process is monitored throughout the recording process.
Ovens can be divided into three categories according to their rated temperatures, including low-temperature drying ovens, thermostatic ovens, and high-temperature ovens. These are common ultra-high temperature ovens. Therefore, here is an introduction to some common ovens.
Low oven: General Electric products below 100 ℃ age slowly and dry ordinary materials and components, and some food ingredients can be dried using plastics and other products.
2. Oven temperature: 100-250 ℃, which is a common use temperature for Zui. Most of them are used for drying materials and components with water, curing coatings, heating, heating, and insulation.
3. High temperature oven: 250-400 ℃, hot and dry special materials, workpiece heating device, high-temperature material testing, reaction chemical raw materials processing.
4. Ultra high temperature oven: 400-600 ℃, higher working temperature, hot and dry special materials, workpiece heating and heat treatment.
