Quality assurance: Purchase a reliable quality electric heating tube to ensure that its lead wire is of excellent material, firmly welded, and has good conductivity and high temperature resistance.
Correctly install the electric heating tube
The lead wire is firmly connected: During installation, ensure that the lead wire of the electric heating tube is firmly connected to the power supply to avoid looseness. Loose connections will increase contact resistance, generate heat, and then burn out the lead wire.
Avoid damage to the lead wire: During installation, pay attention to protecting the lead wire to avoid it from being squeezed, stretched or worn by external forces. For example, do not let the lead wire come into contact with sharp objects, and do not bend the lead wire excessively.
