How to choose an electric heating strip
Self limiting temperature heating has a uniform temperature that does not overheat, saves electricity, and quickly heats up. When selecting electricity, it can be used with any incision, overlap, or cross within a larger length. The electric vehicle battery heater uses the thermal energy generated by the auxiliary heater to heat the battery pack, which does not consume battery power and therefore does not affect the power and range of the electric vehicle. At the same time, it can also ensure the heat required by the air conditioning system. The vehicle controller distributes heat by controlling the opening of each electronic control valve, and the control method is simple. The silicone rubber heating element is a soft electric heating film element composed of high-temperature resistant, high thermal conductivity, excellent insulation performance, and good strength silicone rubber, high-temperature resistant fiber reinforced materials, and metal heating film circuits. Composed of two pieces of fiberglass cloth and double laminated silicone fiberglass cloth. The battery energy storage heater is very thin, lightweight and flexible With this heater, you can transfer heat anywhere you need, improve heat transfer, accelerate heating, and reduce power requirements during processing. Self limiting thermoelectric heating can increase service life and thermal stability.
Electric heating can be divided into two types: the one is heated with PTC conductive plastic, and the other is heated with alloy wire, but their effects are the same. Mainly used for heat tracing of pipelines, equipment, tanks, and instruments, auxiliary heating to meet the heat loss caused by environmental temperature differences, and can achieve thermal compensation. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the required power of electric heat tracing based on the on-site parameter conditions, namely the heat loss calculation formula
According to common sense, the higher temperature of electric heating can be higher than the temperature of the medium. Taking the DN50 pipeline as an example, when the heat loss per meter of the pipeline is less than or equal to the rated power or steady-state power of the electric heating, the ratio of the length of the heating strip to the length of the pipeline is 1.1-1.2. If the heat loss per meter of the pipeline is greater than the electric tracing power, more calculations need to be made, for example, the electric tracing power is half of the heat loss per meter of the pipeline:
1. Two parallel electric heating belts can be used for laying, so the length of the electric heating belt is the length of the pipeline multiplied by the number of pipelines
2. It is possible to wrap the electric heating strip in a proportional relationship by using a larger length of the pipe, and the length issue of the electric heating strip is the ratio of the length of the pipe
3. A certain electric heating strip requires reserved pipe fittings, including the installation of electric heating accessories, which also requires a certain margin.
