How to choose the connection method for electric heating tubes

There are two common connection methods for electric heating tubes on heating tubes: triangular connection and star connection (also known as Y-shaped connection)

1. Triangle connection:

Triangle connection: The connection method where the first end of each component of the electric heating tube is connected to the tail end of another component, and the three contacts are connected to three phase lines respectively;

The characteristics of triangular connection: the rated voltage of the three electric heating tube components is 380 volts; If the resistance values of the three components are different, it will not affect the feasibility of this connection. The power and current of a delta connection are three times that of a star connection.

2. Star connection:

Star connection: heating element for three electric heating tubes. The head end of each component is connected together (this point is called the neutral point). Connect three phase wires to each of the three tails.

When the rated voltage of the three components is 220 volts; If the resistance values of the three components are different, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
