How to connect the intermediate frequency electric furnace temperature measurement thermocouple

1. Introduction
Intermediate frequency electric furnace is a commonly used heating equipment, widely used in metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, metal processing and other fields. To ensure the stability and degree of the heating process, it is necessary to monitor the temperature of the electric furnace. Thermocouples are widely used as a common temperature sensor, which can convert temperature into electrical signals, thereby reflecting real-time temperature changes inside the electric furnace.
2. Intermediate frequency electric furnace temperature measurement thermocouple interface
Remove the shell of the electric furnace and locate the control circuit board of the electric furnace.
According to the identification on the electric furnace control circuit board, locate the thermocouple interface.
Insert the thermocouple lead into the corresponding interface slot on the control circuit board.
Pay attention to checking whether the connectors of the thermocouple leads are in good contact to ensure the reliability of signal transmission.
3. Connection method of thermocouple leads
Usually, thermocouple leads are divided into two parts, namely the positive and negative poles of the thermocouple. When wiring, it is necessary to connect the positive lead of the thermocouple to the positive interface on the furnace control circuit board, and connect the negative lead to the negative interface.
The interface of thermocouple leads is generally a plug-in type, which is convenient for insertion and connection. After inserting the lead, make sure that the plug is completely attached to the socket without leaving any loose gaps.
4. Precautions
Before wiring, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the electric furnace to avoid electric shock accidents.
During the wiring process, handle with care to avoid wire breakage or connector detachment.
After wiring is completed, carefully check the connection of each interface to ensure that there is no looseness or poor contact between the plug and socket.
If the thermocouple leads are broken or damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the accuracy of temperature measurement.
Select appropriate wiring methods and interfaces based on the model and specifications of the electric furnace and thermocouple.
The above is an introduction about how to connect the temperature measurement thermocouple of the medium frequency electric furnace, hoping to be helpful to you.
