How to distinguish the quality of heating tubes?

When customers buy flange heating tubes, they will compare with suppliers, hoping to buy cost-effective electric heating tubes. After preliminary inquiries, communication, sample comparisons, and finally determining the supplier of radiation heating tubes, how to judge the quality of the electric heating tubes provided by the supplier?
Usually there are the following standards;
1. Reasonable structure, including the power of the heating tube and the selection of the outer tube material. The design of electric power needs to take into account various factors, mainly based on the surface load of the electric heating tube, and the requirements for surface load for liquid heating and air dry-burning electric heating tubes are different.
2. When scaling is not serious, the surface load of the electric heating tube is controlled below 10W/c㎡; the surface load of the heating tube treated by dry-burning method is controlled below 8W/cm2 square meters. 3. Selection of the outer tube material of the electric heating tube. When SUS304 is used for internal heating of non-acidic and non-alkaline liquids or air dry heating, the working temperature is lower than 300℃; SUS316L with weak acidic and weak alkaline liquids; SUS316L + strong acid and strong alkali coating; SUS321 material is used for air dry heating at a working temperature of 300℃-500℃; SUS310S material used for air dry heating has a working temperature of 500℃-800℃.
4. Detection IQC stage. The quality inspection department conducts electrical performance inspection on the received electric heating tubes, including: external tube inspection: bright external surface, firm welding, beautiful welding joints, symmetrical bending tube shape, uniform sealing silicone, no glue impurities in the screw thread, whether the resistance value is within the tolerance range, power consumption (+5%, -10%), resistance value (+10%, -5%); the insulation resistance value should be above 1000MΩ; leakage current ≤0.5mA;
5. Water pressure test should be carried out (required that under the air pressure of 1.2Mpa, there should be no leakage or seepage at each welding point of the heating tube, and the maintenance time is 5 minutes)
6. Effective life. If the supplier's warranty period is 1 year and the actual product can be used for 2 years, it means that the product quality and the supplier are trustworthy.
On the other hand, if it is used for half a year under reasonable conditions, problems will occur. The quality of that product is obviously not high. Note: Electric heating tubes cannot be used illegally. For example, when heating liquids, remember not to leave dry burning.
