2. By using an extended steel core extruded magnesium rod and placing it opposite the electric heating tube, the service life of the magnesium rod can be effectively extended, ensuring maximum protection of the inner liner and preventing scaling of the electric heating tube.

3. Using quartz glass electric heating tubes with larger diameters. The water quality in the north is relatively hard and prone to scaling. Due to the use of high-purity silica as the substrate for quartz glass electric heating tubes, the physical and chemical properties of silica are not active, making it difficult to adsorb impurities during heating. In addition, quartz glass electric heating tubes emit far-infrared radiation during the heating process, which can soften the water quality to a certain extent. Therefore, this type of electric heating tube is not prone to scaling.

4. Use an instant hot water heater. The water temperature of the instant water heater is controlled at 50 degrees, which is the critical temperature for scaling. When taking a shower, it is usually below this temperature (usually between 35 and 45 degrees), so it is difficult to form scale. Even in northern regions with higher water hardness, long-term use only results in slight scaling.
