The low temperature type can be directly installed on the air duct, while the medium temperature and high temperature types, due to their differences in construction, have a 100mm thick insulation material installed between the outer wall of the channel and the heater junction box, reducing both the external heat dissipation of the entire channel and the temperature inside the wiring chamber.

1. If the resistance wire is still used after multiple maintenance, it will cause the circuit to be too negative. Therefore, when using the air duct heater, flammable and explosive materials should not be placed nearby, and should be separated by a certain distance; But for cables that have been repaired many times, they should not be used and replaced in a timely manner.
2. For long-term non use of air duct heaters, the power should be turned off.
3. A plug must be installed on the wire, and the wire end cannot be directly inserted into the power socket. The aging and damage of the air duct heater wire should be replaced in a timely manner. Heaters without fuses installed in the circuit should not be used.
4. Regular grounding testing is required for the air duct heater. In order to prevent electric shock and fire caused by poor grounding of the instrument, an M12 grounding collection terminal is installed at each diagonal end of the pry base, which can be used as a grounding connection. Before starting, a 500V voltmeter should be used to test whether the insulation resistance from the power supply end of the electric heater to the ground exceeds 20M megohms (greater than 1.0 megohms can be used)
