How to inspect and maintain the glass furnace after use?

1.1 Industrial kiln walls and roofs
Inspect the kiln for cracks and protrusions to see if ground subsidence is a precursor to damaging the kiln roof. When there are small cracks and small quantities, please ignore them and carefully study gaps above 2mm. Especially if the kiln roof protrudes with the falling of bricks, please repair it. Otherwise, the lighter and easily worn brick pile will seriously collapse during operation, and the fire will have to be extinguished, leading to death and injury accidents. Investigate whether there are blisters or nodules on the walls and roofs of high-temperature kilns, which are mostly caused by high-temperature burning due to material degradation, incomplete architectural orientation, or insufficient length. Check whether there is any garbage such as bricks in the shrinking and expanding gaps, and then refill them with aluminum silicate fiber cotton after cleaning. The number and extent of damage to curved sealing bricks are mostly due to the following reasons.
Too high and too wide in width (due to individual manufacturing defects or operational errors, the kiln car derailed and fell off the road, damaging the deformed kiln car friction sword;
Disadvantages of local masonry of kiln walls and track laying;
The friction between collapsed piles of bricks. The successive defects of curved sealing bricks will threaten the safety of kiln walls and roofs.
1.2 Sand sealing
After a year of use, the sand particles in the sand seal tank have been mixed with a large amount of bricks, soil debris, fuel residue, and sand particles that have become fine due to friction, which has adversely affected the normal sealing. After cleaning all of them, use a sieve to process them, filter out oversized or oversized impurities, and leave "dry sand particles" the size of mung beans for standby. Kiln inspection only requires repairing the sand grooves that have been squeezed and rubbed, and adding selected sand particles. Check whether the pipes in the Gaza Strip are unblocked. Usually, when the sand particles are wet or mixed with large garbage, it is easy to block.
1.3 Track
Kiln inspection: On the basis of years of high-strength rolling, if the wheels of the kiln car do not pass through firmly due to individual faults or the track itself is not laid sufficiently, the track will withstand high load thrust and heavy pressure in the horizontal, longitudinal, and downward directions. If the situation is slight, the fixing screws and pressing plates are loose, and it is speculated that the connecting clamps are connected, so as to re measure the track, correct the level and parallelism of the track, and carefully inspect whether there are cracks, wear, and other phenomena, Replace small gauge rails that do not match the load for processing.
1.4 Flame Eye
Kiln inspection: The role of the human eye is to observe and handle the condition of the fire, as well as the entrance of the external fuel, which is prone to damage, air leakage, and tilt after high-temperature baking. In particular, the interlayer voids between some internal kiln roofs and the upper working face are places where air can easily leak out from the inner wall of the fire hole. Therefore, the cool wind in the negative pressure area can invade the interior, causing the temperature in the positive pressure area to overflow. The slanted fire eye cannot see the middle and lower parts of the brick stack, making it difficult to fully grasp the fire situation.
1.5 Kiln door
The materials used for kiln doors are generally divided into two types: iron and canvas. There are various types of iron doors, such as lifting, sliding, and rolling shutters. Lifting doors are convenient to use, but they consume unsafe power, and are prone to fall off, injury, and deformation during lifting. Canvas doors can be very cheap, but stopping the fan or bending over can easily burn out in high temperatures.
Kiln inspection is often damaged by scratches and smoke from shuttle buses, especially iron doors, which can easily lead to flexibility in opening doors and incomplete sealing. There will be a lot of cold air sucked in outside, reducing the wind pressure inside the kiln, affecting the normal traveling speed of the fire, and other issues.
