How to install air electric heating tube

Air electric heating tube is an electric heater used for heating air, widely used in industries, agriculture, scientific research and other fields. Proper installation and maintenance are crucial to ensure the normal use and lifespan of air electric heating tubes. The following are the installation steps and precautions for air electric heating tubes:

1. Choose the appropriate heating tube based on the method and location of heating the air. There are various types of air electric heating tubes, such as resistance heating tubes, PTC heating tubes, infrared heating tubes, etc. The appropriate heating tube should be selected according to the method of heating air (such as hot air, gas, liquid, etc.) and the location (such as workshop, warehouse, laboratory, etc.).

2. Install the heating tube. Fix the heating tube onto the heater to ensure a tight and reliable connection between the heating tube and the heater. The heating tube should be installed horizontally or vertically, avoiding inversion or side placement.

3. Connect the power supply. Connect the power cord to the wiring terminal of the heating tube, ensuring a secure connection without any looseness. The power cord should use a three-phase four wire system with good grounding.

4. Adjust the temperature of the heating tube. Set the temperature regulator to the desired temperature, then turn on the power switch of the heating tube, wait for the heating tube to preheat, and then adjust the temperature regulator to the appropriate value.

5. Maintenance and upkeep. Regularly check whether the wire connections and insulation layers of the heating tube are damaged, and replace them in a timely manner if any are damaged. Regularly clean the dust and impurities on the surface of the heating tube to maintain its normal operation and extend its service life.
