How to install an electric heater

The installation of electric heating tubes is very important, as their function is similar to that of a human heart. In order for this heart to operate for a long time, we must understand it correctly to prevent damage caused by operational errors. So we have always believed that the installation of electric heating pipes needs to follow certain steps, following the correct operating steps to ensure that the electric heating pipes can work for a long time. How to do it?
Miss Fan from Xinhongda Electric Heating explains the basic requirements for installing electric heating pipes:
1. Ensure uniform distribution of furnace temperature. In large medium and high temperature furnaces that mainly rely on radiation heat transfer, it is best to install electric heating pipes on the furnace top and door, in addition to installing components on the furnace wall and bottom. At the same time, in areas with high heat loss in the furnace, near the furnace door hole, and near the discharge port of the vibrating bottom furnace, more electric heating pipes should be installed. When the furnace height is very low, electric heating pipes are often arranged at the bottom and top of the furnace.
2. There are three installation methods for wire shaped electric heating pipes: corrugated, spiral, and ribbon shaped electric heating pipes. In terms of service life, the wire shaped corrugated type is the best, followed by the ribbon shaped corrugated type, and the wire shaped spiral type is the worst. Corrugated filamentous electric heating pipes have the best heat exchange conditions, and even with a larger surface load, their service life is longer, thus saving materials and maintenance time for electric heating pipes.
3. To minimize the radiation shielding between the electric heating tubes and their support bricks on the furnace wall. The installation position of the electric heating tube should ensure that heat is easily transmitted to the workpiece without causing local overheating of the workpiece.
4. The support for the electric heating pipe of the medium temperature furnace should be made of high aluminum products. High temperature furnaces with a furnace temperature above 1000 ℃ should use pure aluminum oxide products, and low temperature furnaces can use general clay products. The content of iron oxide in refractory products should be small, and asbestos, slag cotton, water glass, etc. should not come into contact with electric heating pipes. Due to the formation of fusible eutectic with the electric heating tube, the components can be burned out, and the oxidation film layer of the electric heating tube can be damaged, causing accelerated oxidation of the electric heating tube.
The installation of industrial electric heating pipes in equipment may go far beyond these. We are willing to explore together how electric heating pipes can work better for a long time. This not only promotes the improvement of our producers, but also enhances the quality of our products to meet the ultimate beneficiaries.
