How to install the Cartridge Heater?

There are about 4 ways to install Cartridge Heater

1) How to install the single-head Cartridge Heater of the mold:

Open a hole in the mold, and then insert the mold electric heating tube.

2) How to install the threaded single-head Cartridge Heater:

Open an internally threaded hole to match the threaded single-head electric heating tube on the container, and then screw the electric heating tube on.

3) How to install the silicone die-casting single-head Cartridge Heater:

This is relatively simple to directly insert the liquid to be heated, but the silicone head should not be exposed to the liquid and soak in the liquid for a long time.

4) How to install the fixed baffle single-head Cartridge Heater:

On the basis of the installation of the electric heating tube of the mold, fix the baffle with screws.
