The basic requirements for the installation of heating tubes are as follows:

1. Ensure that the furnace temperature is evenly distributed. If it is installed in the furnace of a medium-temperature furnace or a high-temperature furnace, when the furnace height is very low, it is better to install the heating tube on the furnace top or furnace door.

2. For the three types of heating tubes, the filamentary corrugated type, the belt-shaped corrugated type and the filamentary spiral type, from the perspective of service life, the filamentary corrugated type is better, the belt-shaped corrugated type is second, and the filamentary spiral type is the worst, and the corrugated filamentary electric heating tube has better heat exchange conditions.
3. The installation position of the heating tube should be able to simply transfer heat to the workpiece without overheating the workpiece part, so the radiation shielding between the heating tubes and between the heating tubes and the furnace wall support bricks should be reduced. 4. If it is a medium-temperature furnace, high-aluminum finished heating tubes should be selected, and low-temperature furnaces can use ordinary clay finished products. 5. The common installation method of single-head heating tubes is to install them directly on the bracket or by welding. 6. L-shaped single-head heating tubes are generally used in the environment where they can be directly inserted and do not need to be fixed. 7. Baffle-type heating tubes can be used directly or welded and fixed on the basis of the baffle. 8. Threaded single-head heating tubes are mainly screwed on the parts that need to be fixed. If there are strict requirements for sealing, welding is required on the original basis. 9. U-shaped heating tubes are generally equipped with fasteners and can be installed directly. Brackets or welding methods can also be used. 10. Flange electric heating tubes are installed and fixed according to the method of installing flanges.
