7. Before removing or moving the protective device on the UV coating machine or replacing parts, the power supply must be cut off first.
8. If possible, try to stand on the plastic blanket for maintenance. Do not carry out maintenance work on the hot UV coating machine on the floor full of water or in a very humid environment.
9. When maintaining and repairing the UV coating machine, you must wear safety gloves, goggles and long-sleeved work clothes to prevent the high-temperature liquid thermosol from scalding the body parts or burning the surface of high-temperature parts.
10. When loosening or installing the pressure connector, make sure that the pressure air supply pressure of the UV coater has dropped to zero.
11. When cleaning the hot melt cartridge, avoid using fireworks or sharp hard tools to avoid scratching the Teflon non-adhesive coating inside the cartridge.
