How to prevent leakage of stainless steel electric heating pipes
1. When connecting the heating tube to the power supply, it is best to use a power supply that is lower than 10% of the rated voltage. This will cause a relative decrease in the power of the heating tube and prevent the internal temperature of the heating tube from being too high.
2. If the heating tube is used to heat the liquid, the heating area of the heating tube must be completely immersed in the liquid. If the air is dry burned, it is best to have a fan circulation and temperature control (normal 200-300 ℃).
3. No matter what material of heating pipes, especially stainless steel heating pipes, after a period of use, they will produce scale or oil (which is often referred to as carbon deposition on the surface of the heating pipes). Therefore, surface cleaning treatment must be carried out after a period of use.
4. The issue of wiring method is very important.
Precautions:
1. Determine the size of the sink and how to install the electric heating tube. If the volume of the sink is large and the heating time is required to be fast, a flange type heating pipe can be considered.
2. Determine the volume and weight of the liquid.
3. The temperature difference of water (the difference between the temperature that water needs to rise to and the original temperature of water), and how long it takes to heat it to the desired temperature.
4. The ratio of power to length should not be too large. If the power is relatively large, the length of the electric heating tube can be increased.
5. Determine the size and material of the electric heating tube and flange.
6. Try to obtain drawings or physical images from customers as much as possible. If neither is available, be sure to confirm with the customer's drawings before placing an order for production.
7. The region is vast, and the water quality varies from place to place.
