3. Vertical injection molding machine operation: Open solenoid valve 8 to raise the mold movement mechanism and close the plastic mold. Open solenoid valve 6 to press the injection plunger into the material barrel for injection molding. After the injection molding is completed, open solenoid valve 6 to press the injection plunger out of the barrel, open solenoid valve 8 to lower the mold movement mechanism, and then open the plastic mold for demolding.
