(1) Non-mode-locking
Treatment method:
1) : Check and repair the travel switch in front of the safety door.

4) : Check whether the I/O board has output and whether the solenoid valve is energized.

Treatment method:
1) Check whether the lubricating oil pipe is disconnected. If so, the oil pipe must be reconnected.
2) The amount of lubricating oil is small, so increase the amount of lubricating oil. It is recommended to apply oil once for 50 moulds or add enough lubricating oil manually.
3) If the locking force is large, check whether the mold needs large locking force and lower the locking force.
4) Adjust the current of the amplification board in disorder, check whether the current parameters meet the acceptance criteria, and readjust the current value.
5) If the parallelism is out of tolerance, use a dial indicator to check whether the parallelism of the first two plates is greater than the acceptance standard; Adjust the parallelism.
(3) Wait a few seconds to open the mold
Treatment method:
1) : The starting speed is slow, check whether the screw damping is too large, and adjust the screw damping hole.
2) : The middle hole of the damping screw is too large. Check whether the damping of the Y-hole screw is too large. Replace the damping screw with a thin center hole.
(4) Mold opening and locking creep
Treatment method:
1) The second plate guide rail and Coring column are worn seriously. Check the second plate guide rail and Coring column, replace the second plate copper sleeve and Coring column, and add lubricating oil.
2) The mold opening and locking speed and pressure are adjusted improperly. When the flow is set to 20 and the pressure is 99, the second plate of mold locking should not crawl. Adjust the flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole, and adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve.
3) There is air and exhaust in the pipeline and oil cylinder.
(5) The mold cannot be opened
Treatment method:
1) Increase the mold opening and locking speed. If the pressure and flow are too small and not adjusted properly, check whether the mold opening and locking speed and pressure are appropriate. Increase the mold opening and locking pressure and speed.
2) The zero position of the locking electronic ruler changes. Check whether the locking straightener is terminated at the zero position after twisting, and readjust the zero position of the electronic ruler.

(8) Only mold opening action during mold locking
Treatment method:
1) : Connect the wrong wire, check whether there is 24VDC to the valve, check the circuit and wiring.
2) : If the valve is stuck or the valve core is installed incorrectly, check whether the valve core is installed incorrectly or blocked, and reinstall or clean the valve core. Under normal conditions, the mold opening and locking action is not moving.
(9) Poor mold locking
Treatment method:
1) When the A and B holes are adjusted improperly, set the system flow rate of 20 and the pressure of 99, observe whether the mold locking action crawls, readjust or replace the valve.
2) If there is air in the oil circuit, listen for air noise in the oil circuit, check whether there are bubbles in the oil, and exhaust.
3) The ramp up and down of the amplification plate is not adjusted properly. Observe whether the current value of the ammeter is proportional to the rise and fall or the rotation speed, and adjust the amplification plate.
(10) The high pressure cannot be raised during mold locking, and the stroke is exceeded
Treatment method:
1) If the limit switch exceeds the limit, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate and adjust the appropriate mold thickness; Check whether the motor is in normal condition.
2) If the hydraulic limit exceeds the stroke, check whether the stroke position of the electronic ruler is appropriate, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate, and adjust the mold forward properly.
(11) Manual with mold opening termination, semi-automatic without mold opening termination
Treatment method:
1) If the mold opening valve leaks, operate after manually shooting the table, observe whether the second plate moves backward, and replace the mold opening valve.
2) Check the maximum stroke and pressure flow of the electronic scale.
(12) No thimble action
Treatment method:
1) The ejector pin limit switch is broken. Use a multimeter to check whether the 24V proximity switch is on. Replace the ejector pin limit switch.
2) Clamp the valve, press the ejector pin valve core with a hexagon key to see if it can move, and clean the pressure valve.
3) The ejector pin limit lever is broken. After shutdown, take out the limit lever by hand and replace it.
4) The ejector switch is short-circuited. Use a multimeter to check the voltage of the ejector switch to ground 0, and replace the ejector switch.
5) The electronic ruler position is not set properly.
(13) Ejector out of control when semi-automatic
Treatment method:
1) : The ejector pin board is broken. Check whether the circuit is normal and the normal voltage is DV24V. Repair the ejector pin plate.
2) : The line is broken. Check the switch connection line and the connection line on the I/O board. Check the circuit and reconnect it.
3) : Check whether the mold is out of position.
4) : Check whether the piston rod sealing ring of the cylinder is damaged.
