For production processes with chaotic dynamic characteristics, multiple or large disturbance fluctuations, and high control quality requirements, simple control systems cannot perform well, and heavy-duty explosion-proof electric heaters cannot meet the accuracy requirements of process control. Cascade control system belongs to chaotic control system, mainly used for production processes with large target capacity lag and long pure lag time, as well as controlled processes with large disturbance amplitude, frequent and drastic load changes.
