How to solve the noise problem of injection molding machines

1. Optimize mechanical structural design.
Implementing low-noise motors and reducers
Design using low-vibration plastic barrels and screws.
Reasonably arrange various mechanical components to limit noise transmission.
2. Improve the shock-absorbing and isolation mechanism.
Install shock absorbers or springs in the machine base.
Use rubber padding or vibration isolation brackets in critical sections.
Reasonably choose shock-absorbing materials and create shock-absorbing structures.
3. Improve lubrication and maintenance.
