How to solve the problem of oil leakage and heating of injection molding machine?

The reasons for oil leakage in injection molding machines can be divided into internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage refers to a small amount of liquid leaking from the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber inside the hydraulic component. Adjust the hydraulic components of the injection molding machine to reduce the wear of the components to be controlled. It can also reduce and eliminate internal leakage through innovative maintenance design of hydraulic components.

The reasons for external leakage are roughly as follows:

1. If the pipe joint is loose or the section ring is damaged, it should be handled by tightening the joint or replacing the section ring.

2. There is external leakage on the joint surface of the component, which is mainly caused by insufficient preload of the fastening screws and wear of the section ring. At this time, the preload should be increased or the section ring should be replaced.

3. Because the internal pressure of the component housing is higher than the allowable pressure of the oil seal or the oil seal is damaged, the external leakage at the journal can be solved by reducing the internal pressure of the housing or replacing the oil seal.

4. External leakage occurs in common places, such as leakage caused by poor installation of the piston rod and the valve stem, low preload of the V-joint ring, and damage to the oil seal; this is when the oil seal should be replaced in time and the preload of the V-shaped gap ring should be adjusted.

5. The oil level gauge in the oil tank leaks oil. This situation is caused by water seeping into the oil or oil seeping into the water, and should be repaired in time.

Reasons and solutions for heating of injection molding machine:

There are two reasons for heating of the hydraulic system of plastic injection molding machine: one is unreasonable design, and the other is oil pollution during system operation. You can check the heating part of the system by hand. For example, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, overflow valves, etc. are all parts that are easy to heat up. Just touch the component shell with your hand to know whether it is overheated. When the temperature of the component shell rises to 65 degrees Celsius, ordinary people can hardly bear it. If you can put your hand on the component shell, it means that the oil temperature is still lower than the high temperature allowed by the system components. If you dare not touch the component shell, it means that the oil temperature is too high, and measures should be taken in time to control the oil temperature. Without affecting the system, the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor can usually be cooled by flushing the shell to control the heating.
