How to treat metal surfaces with electric heating tubes?

Metal surface pre-treatment inevitably undergoes oxidation during various heat treatments, mechanical processing, transportation, and storage processes, resulting in an uneven layer of oxide. At the same time, it is also susceptible to various oil pollution and adsorption of other impurities.

Oil stains and certain adsorbents, as well as thinner oxide layers, can be cleaned with solvents, chemically treated, mechanically treated, or directly treated with chemicals. For heavily oxidized metal surfaces with a thick oxide layer, solvent cleaning and chemical treatment cannot be used directly, and it is best to perform mechanical treatment first.

Usually, the treated metal surface has high activity and is more susceptible to re contamination by dust, moisture, etc. For this reason, the treated metal surface should be bonded as quickly as possible.

1. The metal film obtained by vacuum deposition is very thin (generally 0.01~0.1um), which can strictly duplicate the shape of the surface of the beer piece.

2. The working voltage is not very high (200V), making it easy to operate, but the equipment is expensive.

3. The steaming and plating pot has a small volume, fewer electroplated parts, and lower production efficiency.

4. Only metals with lower melting points than tungsten wire (such as aluminum, silver, copper, gold, etc.) are plated for decoration.

5. There is a high requirement for the surface quality of plated parts, and it is usually necessary to apply base oil before electroplating to compensate for surface defects of the workpiece.

6. Vacuum deposition can be applied to various plastics such as ABS, PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PMMA, etc.
