How to use and maintain injection molding machines correctly?

Enterprises must pay attention to and understand the daily management and protection of injection molding machines. As long as we attach importance to the daily protection of machines, we can obtain useful time and extend the lifespan of equipment. The repair skills of various injection molding machines can reduce machine defects and improve the efficiency of employees' homework and learning. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly protect and maintain the injection molding machine.
1、 When the injection molding machine stops working, some preparation work should be done to check if the electronic control box equipment is intact.
2、 There are more job demands to pay attention to. In terms of operation, simplicity is mainly reflected in three aspects, namely form, cylinder heating, injection molding, and other operations. Each step is separated, and now the work is becoming increasingly sophisticated, making the operation of employees more convenient.
3、 Daily maintenance of injection molding machines, such as regularly adding lubricating oil to the equipment, regularly cleaning filters, regularly cleaning dust on the machine, regularly cleaning the machine or blowing the machine with an air gun, regularly providing after-sales service, regularly inspecting and repairing the machine, removing dirt from the electrical system, and inspecting and cleaning various component defects.
Precautions when using injection molding machines. Injection molding machines can complete injection molding operations, but when operators use them, they should also pay attention to the following points in order to ensure the safety of the production process and personal safety.
Assuming the temperature of the injection molding machine increases, there will still be a lot of damage to us under this condition. For example, it can solve the problem of causing the machine to deform. If the thermal expansion coefficient of the hydraulic part is assumed to be different, its open space will also change accordingly, which may result in system action failure, and the accuracy of the hydraulic system's own transmission will naturally affect the quality of the machine's operation.
An increase in temperature will cause a decrease in the viscosity of the oil. Assuming such a situation occurs, it will cause a decrease in all system functions of the injection molding machine. Due to the decrease in viscosity, the wear degree of the lubricated parts will also greatly increase, leading to increased wear. Excessive temperature can damage parts of the rubber structure. Because assuming the temperature is too high, the aging rate of rubber will accelerate, resulting in a decrease in its sealing function and service life, leading to leakage incidents. The high temperature may also be caused by blockage in the pipeline, such as blockage in the filter screen and cooling tower.
There are many problems caused by high temperatures. So operators must avoid this problem when dealing with it, and if it occurs, it should be dealt with in a timely manner. And in our usual operation of the machine, we also need to pay attention not to undo various safety equipment. Assuming that there is any mistake or accident with the safety equipment, the machine needs to be closed. Before restarting the injection molding machine, it is necessary to ensure that the problem has been cleaned.
