1、 Pre work process
1. Check if the furnace is clean, clean up any debris, and ensure that the furnace is clean.
2. Check the furnace wall and bottom plate for cracks and other damages.
3. Check the installation and fastening of the resistance wire and thermocouple lead out rod, and ensure that the instrument is functioning properly.
4. Check if the resistance furnace door switch is flexible.
5. After ensuring that everything is normal, start placing the workpiece.
2、 Process in Work
1. Ensure that the power is turned off when placing the workpiece.
2. Handle with care to avoid damaging electric heating components, furnace floor, etc;
3. It is strictly prohibited to place damp workpieces, and the heated workpieces and electric heating elements in the furnace should be kept at a distance of 50-70mm; The workpiece should be placed neatly and not stacked too high to avoid damaging the thermocouple sleeve. 4. Check various instruments and instruments during work, and if there are any abnormalities, repair them in a timely manner.
5. When the furnace temperature is above 700 ℃, it is not allowed to open the furnace door to cool down or discharge the furnace, in order to avoid shortening the furnace life due to sudden cooling.
3、 The process after work.
1. Cut off the power supply

3. Reinstall the furnace and repeat the above procedure.
