When the hot press slider collides with the travel switch SQ2, the electromagnet YV7B loses power and YV7A gains power. The pressure regulating valve of the down-pressure valve is set at 2mpa, the dead weight of the slide and piston rod can support the force, the negative pressure in the upper chamber of the master cylinder disappears, and the filling valve closes and decelerates. When the sliding block decelerates downward and contacts the workpiece under pressure, it will start to increase the pressure until it reaches the upper limit pressure value of the electric contact pressure gauge, and contact SP1-1 to send a signal. The electromagnet loses power, the corresponding valve is reset, the oil pump is in no-load circulation, and the high pressure oil on the main cylinder chamber is in pressure maintaining state. When the time relay on the control board starts to run, the length of pressure holding time can be adjusted as required. If the pressure in the upper chamber of the master cylinder drops to the lower limit of the electric contact pressure gauge during the holding period, the internal contact SP2-2 will be connected to send a signal, and the electromagnets YV1, 7A, 9 and live high pressure oil will enter the main cylinder chamber through the hydraulic control check valve to supplement the pressure, until SP1-1 is connected again, and the electromagnetic iron power source will be cut off.
When the pressure maintaining state of the hot press reaches the set time, the time relay KT acts, and the hydraulic principle of the hot press sends a signal to energize the electromagnets YV1, 6, 7a, and 11, and the corresponding controlled valve reverses to start pressure relief. When the solenoid YV1 is energized, the high-pressure oil enters the upper chamber of the control valve of the charging valve, pushes the control valve core downward, opens the valve port of the unloading valve core, and discharges the high-pressure oil in the upper chamber of the master cylinder. On the other hand, when YV6 and 7a are powered on, the lower directional valve with hydraulic check valve block opens, making the pressure of the system pressure oil 2MPa, and controlling the opening of the upper hydraulic check valve. When the upper chamber pressure of the master cylinder is lower than 2MPa, the upper hydraulic check valve opens. SQ4 function signaling. The electromagnets YV1, 6, 10 and 11 are energized, and the high-pressure oil enters the lower chamber of the master cylinder. The return pressure is set by the pressure valve of the lower block (P=25.5MPa). As YV11 continues to work, the control piston pushes the main valve core downward to make the oil in the upper chamber of the main cylinder of the hot press return to the filling cylinder. The master cylinder begins to return. When the return stroke of the slider touches the travel switch SQ1, the travel switch SQ1 of the small hot press sends a signal, the electromagnet loses power, the return stroke stops, and the oil pump is in the no-load cycle state again.
