Injection molding machine oil temperature too high

Abnormal increase in oil temperature may be caused by abnormal cooling system or high heat generated by oil pressure components during operation.
⑴ Abnormal system
① Insufficient cooling water supply, such as incomplete opening of the water switch, insufficient water pressure, or inadequate pump flow.
② Pipe blockage, such as insufficient heat dissipation capacity of filter screen and cooling tower, or damage or excessive temperature.
③ The cooling water temperature is too high, such as insufficient cooling capacity of the cooling tower, or damage or excessive temperature.
High heat generated by hydraulic system
① The oil pump is damaged, and internal parts are worn and generate high heat during high-speed rotation.
② Improper pressure regulation, resulting in overheating of the hydraulic system due to long-term high pressure.
③ Internal leakage of oil pressure components, such as damaged directional valve buckles or damaged seals, creates heat when high-pressure oil flows through small spaces
