Inspection procedures for sheet plastic containers produced in the application field of blister machines

For plastic containers used as transport packaging for export commodities, the inspection shall be carried out in accordance with SN/T0271-93 "Inspection Regulations of Plastic Containers for Transport Packaging of Export Commodities", and shall be implemented with reference to GB/T13508-92 "Polyethylene Blow Molding Drums".

(1) Appearance: The wall thickness ratio of the symmetrical part of the barrel is not more than 2:1, no blisters, no bad plasticization, the outer wall and mouth are smooth and clean, no more than 2 bubbles with a diameter of no more than 2mm, and the length of black dot impurities is not More than 4mm, the barrel mouth parts are closely overlapped, and the interchangeability is good.

(2) Performance inspection: The open plastic container shall be subjected to vertical impact drop test, stacking test and sealing test. Closed plastic containers shall be subjected to vertical impact drop test, stacking test, air tightness test and hydraulic test. Suspension tests are also required for plastic containers with mounted handles and integral handles.
