Inspection work before using S-type thermocouple

The review task of S-type thermocouples before application directly affects the accuracy of measurement results. Therefore, in order to ensure the reliable and stable safety of the S-type thermocouple, the operator needs to prepare for the following tasks before measurement to avoid unnecessary problems.

Review tasks before use:

1. The welding of the two thermoelectric electrodes that make up the thermocouple must be sturdy;

2. The two thermoelectric electrodes should be well insulated from each other to prevent short circuits;

3. The connection between the wire and thermocouple should be convenient and reliable;

4. The maintenance sleeve should be able to ensure sufficient disconnection between the thermoelectric electrode and the harmless medium.
