Operation adjustment:
Adjustment of the parallelism between the guide rail, printing plate and working platform: generally, the guide rail or platform is used as the benchmark for adjustment.
① The platform and the guide rail should be parallel. The doctor blade moves along the guide rail. If the two are not parallel, the doctor blade will not always contact the platform with a certain pressure, or even have a gap. This adjustment has been adjusted before the machine leaves the factory.
② The screen printing plate should be parallel to the platform, otherwise the screen distance (the distance from the bottom of the screen printing plate to the printing surface) is inconsistent, resulting in inconsistent printing pressure and screen printing plate deformation. Therefore, the flatness of the screen frame itself should be guaranteed, and the user should generally put forward specific requirements according to the needs.
Plate setting adjustment: refers to the adjustment of printing accuracy between the screen printing plate and the printed part on the screen printing machine. Height adjustment (>40mm), front and rear adjustment and left and right adjustment (>20mm), horizontal angle adjustment (>3 °).
Adjustment of doctor blade:
① The adjustment of the parallelism of the ink scraper to the platform, and the adjustment of the left and right screw rods to adjust the height of the ink scraper; The adjustable left and right jackscrews with jackscrews on the left and right sides of the middle rotary shaft essentially adjust the high and low positions on the left and right sides of the ink plate.
② The adjustment amount of the scraper inclination is generally within the range of 65 ° - 85 °, which can be selected according to needs.
③ The adjustment of printing pressure is actually the adjustment of the high and low position of the ink scraper.
④ The length of the ink scraper cannot be adjusted, and is generally supplied as a set, with several different lengths available for each set.
Stroke adjustment: including the adjustment of stroke size and stroke position. The stroke adjustment is realized by adjusting the radius R hole position of the crank and swing rod. The stroke increases with the increase of R, and the stroke length is generally 20~50mm longer than the pattern.
Screen (stage) distance adjustment: Screen (stage) distance adjustment can be achieved by lowering the screen printing plate or raising the platform. Generally, the method of raising the platform is used. The distance between the four corners of the screen printing plate should be consistent, with an error of ≤ 0.5mm. The distance between net platforms is generally 2~5mm. Only when the net lifting compensation action is available, the net platform is allowed to be larger in front and smaller in back.
