Installation of melt blown duct air heater

1. The distance between the two adjacent welds of the melt-blown cloth heater is not less than 1.5 times the nominal diameter of the pipe and not less than 150mm.

2. The net distance between the welded joints of pipelines and the pier is not less than 50mm, and the weld seam requiring heat treatment is not less than 300mm.

3. No holes shall be made in the welding seam of the melt-blown fabric heater pipeline.

4. The distance between the pipe butt welding seam and the starting point of the elbow should not be less than 100mm, and should not be less than the outer diameter of the pipe.

5. The straight welding seam of the straight seam pipe should be located at a position that is easy to overhaul, not at the bottom.
