Installation steps and usage methods of Teflon electric heating tubes.

1. Teflon electric heating tubes are generally distributed along the length or width direction of the tank on one or both sides, and are not in contact with the work during operation, and are installed against the tank wall. In an electrolytic cell, it can be placed between the electrode plate and the cell wall.

2. PTFE electric heating tubes can be installed by fixing the groove edge, fixing the groove wall, hanging on the pole, and other methods. Match the drilling rig with the bracket using a wiring installation board and tighten with bolts.

3. When connecting all electric heating tubes, pay attention to three-phase balance. Do not mistakenly connect to a 220V or 380V power supply. Safe grounding through leakage switch.

During installation, a certain distance should be maintained between the electric heating tubes. If they are close together, they are prone to overheating and burning out.

5. Ensure that the heating part of the pipeline is immersed in the solution. Otherwise, the electric heating tube will be damaged due to dry burning. During the production process, the medication should be added in a timely manner to maintain the calibrated liquid level.

During the heating process, the electric heating tube cannot be removed from the liquid. After a few minutes of power outage and complete cooling of the electric heating tube, it should be removed.

7. When heating with a high concentration solution, the electric heating tube must be removed from the tank. When stopping work, rinse with water to prevent the solution on the electric heating tube from precipitating, crystallizing, and clumping at low temperatures. Otherwise, the electric heating tube may be damaged due to poor heat dissipation.
