Use a multimeter to measure whether the main circuit power supply is normal, and check whether the upper-level power supply is sent.
Open the voltage regulating module to check whether the circuit board of the module is normal, replace the voltage regulating module and replace the fuse.
Use a multimeter to test whether the relay coil has DC power. If there is no power, it means that the emergency stop normally closed point is not closed, and notify the meter to cooperate with the inspection.
When the voltage regulating module does not receive the control signal, you should use a clamp-on ammeter for measuring current signals for measurement, or remove any wire from the voltage regulating module, and set the multimeter in the current position and connect it in series between the two wires. In between, see if there is a current signal sent over, if not, inform the instrument personnel to cooperate with the inspection.
Remove the three-phase power supply wire from the electric heater body, use a shake meter to measure whether the internal insulation resistance of the electric heater is normal, and use a multimeter to measure whether the internal resistance of the electric heater is balanced. If the resistance is balanced, it means that there is no disconnection inside the electric heater.

If it is an internal fault alarm of the voltage regulating module, it is usually caused by the burning of electronic components, and it should be replaced as soon as possible with spare parts of the same type of voltage regulating module to ensure production needs. If the media temperature measuring device fails and alarms, check and replace the on-site temperature probe.
