Introduction to the correct use of temperature measuring wire

The use of the furnace temperature curve tester, its thermocouple and temperature measuring wire are indispensable auxiliary equipment during the use of the temperature measuring wire. Their use can ensure the accuracy of the measured data. When we use this industrial temperature tester, we must avoid incorrect use, which will lead to abnormal temperature curves in the test.
Correct use of temperature measuring wire
1. The correct wiring method of the temperature tester thermocouple is: the red wire is connected to the negative pole, and the yellow wire is connected to the positive pole. When connecting, the two strands of wire must be pushed up to the triangle of the male plug to prevent the exposed part from short-circuiting.
2. For the glass fiber temperature tester thermocouple, remember to pinch the male plug with your hand and pull it out when plugging and unplugging. Don't pull the wire, which can easily cause the protective cover to be loosened or the male plug to be pulled out, causing the wire core to be exposed, resulting in a short circuit.
3. When sticking the thermocouple of the temperature tester to the workpiece, you must remember to fit the workpiece tightly. Do not let the thermocouple's solder joints shake inside. Especially when the thermocouple solder joints touch the metal, it is easy to generate instantaneous voltage, which will cause the temperature of a certain place in the measured temperature curve to rise suddenly. This will cause the Y-axis coordinate of the analysis software to become very high, and then the entire curve will look very small.
4. When using the thermocouple of the temperature tester, do not knot it or fold it to more than 90 degrees. This will easily cause the two internal wire cores to break. After breaking, you don't know where it broke, so this thermocouple is useless. Be careful when using it and don't do it savagely.
